General Terms and Conditions TranceLabs

Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:

TranceLabs
The online platform that generates personalized hypnosis scripts and hypnosis audio using artificial intelligence.

User
Any natural person or legal entity that uses the services of TranceLabs.

Services
All services offered through the platform, including the generation of hypnosis scripts, audio sessions, digital downloads, and related products.

Credits
Digital tokens used within the platform to generate hypnosis sessions.

Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and products provided by TranceLabs.

By using the platform or making a purchase, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Any deviations from these Terms and Conditions shall only be valid if confirmed in writing by TranceLabs.

Article 3 – Services

TranceLabs provides an online service through which users can generate personalized hypnosis sessions.

The services may include, but are not limited to:

  • AI-generated hypnosis scripts
  • AI-generated hypnosis audio
  • personalized listening sessions
  • digital downloads
  • additional audio techniques such as music, binaural beats, and frequencies

All products are delivered digitally.

Article 4 – Credit System

Use of the services may take place through a credit-based system.

Credits:

  • are linked to the email address used for the purchase
  • are personal and non-transferable
  • can only be used within the TranceLabs platform

When a session is generated, the corresponding number of credits is automatically deducted.

TranceLabs reserves the right to modify prices and credit values at any time.

Article 5 – Payments

Payments are processed through external payment providers.

The user is responsible for entering accurate payment information.

Digital products are delivered once the payment has been successfully processed.

Article 6 – Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal

Since the services of TranceLabs consist of digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal is waived once:

  • delivery has begun, and
  • the user has expressly consented to immediate delivery.

By generating a session, the user agrees that the right of withdrawal is forfeited.

Article 7 – Use of the Services

The user may use the services solely for:

  • personal use
  • therapeutic or educational purposes

It is prohibited to:

  • resell generated content without permission
  • misuse the platform
  • manipulate or hack systems
  • automatically generate large quantities of content without authorization
Article 8 – Intellectual Property

All rights relating to the platform, software, technology, and content belong to TranceLabs or its licensors.

The user receives a limited license to use the generated content.

It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer the technology or systems of TranceLabs.

Article 9 – Availability of the Service

TranceLabs strives to ensure optimal availability of the platform.

However, it cannot guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption.

TranceLabs shall not be liable for temporary outages or technical issues.

Article 10 – Liability

The services of TranceLabs are intended for personal development, relaxation, and mental support.

TranceLabs does not guarantee specific results.

TranceLabs shall not be liable for:

  • interpretation or use of generated content
  • personal outcomes experienced by users
  • indirect damages
  • consequential damages

The total liability of TranceLabs is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Article 11 – Medical Disclaimer

The services provided by TranceLabs do not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.

Users experiencing medical or psychological complaints are advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional.

The generated sessions are intended for relaxation, self-development, and mental support.

Article 12 – Privacy

TranceLabs processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.

Article 13 – Changes

TranceLabs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.

The most current version will always be available on the website.

Article 14 – Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Acceptance

By using the platform, the user declares that they:

  • understand that artificial intelligence is used
  • agree with the limitations of AI-generated content
  • use the sessions at their own responsibility
